A man driving an SUV caused an accident by failing to reduce speed and failing to yield the right of way. He crashed into a Chicago Police squad car but caused no life-threatening injuries to the police officers inside. The accident occurred yesterday late evening. No mind altering substances were involved and the SUV driver was only given citations.
