In 2015, Attorney Tomas Cabrera joined our personal injury team at Morici, Figlioli & Associates as a law clerk. Not too long after becoming part of our team, Mr. Cabrera began handling various accident cases as an associate attorney. Because he is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals harmed due to the negligence and reckless of others, he focuses the majority of his practice handling cases involving construction site negligence, premises liability, automobile negligence, products liability, and wrongful death litigation.
Before committing his career to judiciary work, Mr. Cabrera attended Loyola University Chicago, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History and Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Following his undergraduate coursework, he enrolled at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he earned his Juris Doctorate, graduating cum laude and earning a spot on the Dean’s List.
Currently, Mr. Cabrera holds memberships in various associations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Cuban American Bar Association.
