    Super lawyersAttorney Christopher C. Cortese first joined Morici, Figlioli & Associates as a law clerk. He quickly shifted roles to become an associate after completing his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Before achieving his law degree, Mr. Cortese attended Marquette University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Writing-Intensive English and Spanish Language and Literature.

    While he possesses a great deal of knowledge in a wide range of practice areas, Mr. Cortese focuses his practice on personal injury related cases. Because he is passionate about helping his clients recover in the shortest amount of time possible, he works diligently to form only the strongest defenses for his clients. No matter what the case may be, he is dedicated to a client-focused experience every time

    Currently, he holds memberships in various associations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Chicago Bar Association, the Justinian Society of Lawyers, and the Chicago Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Trial Team.
