Attorney Carl A. Virgilio joined Morici, Figlioli & Associates in 2014, where he focuses his practice on safeguarding the rights of individuals. While he is skilled in all areas of personal injury law, Mr. Virgilio spends most of his time crafting defenses for those facing matters involving workers’ compensation, police officer pension cases, firefighter pension cases, and Public Employee Disability Act (PEDA) claims, and Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (PSEBA) claims.
Before joining our legal team, Mr. Virgilio attended the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign, where he completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science. He moved on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List.
Currently, he holds memberships if various associations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Justinian Society of Lawyers, and the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.
